West Derby school is a large, all boys (11-18) split site comprehensive, serving the needs of a large and varied community. We are currently based on two sites, 3 miles from the city centre. The two buildings are almost one kilometre apart, key stage 3 at the Quarry wing and key stage 4 at our Bankfield wing. We have a large sixth form, which is based at the Quarry wing.
We expect to be single sited under the Building Schools for the Future programme by 2009. Our new campus will have state of the art facilities giving our boys all they need for a successful future. |
