Before you spend money, you want to know what type of people you will have to deal with. You are going to investigate the different stakeholders at Aerial Extreme in Knowsley to help you understand and inform the directors. To do this you will create a report that explains what the stakeholder’s interests in the business are and why their interests might be different.

• Complete the table in the resources section, making sure you include all of the internal and external stakeholders you can think of! You might have to add rows….

• Using the table, write a report for your colleagues that gives more detail about each of the stakeholders and their interests.
• Remember to discuss in detail why these may be different to those of other stakeholders.

     DISTINCTION

• Your report must give a lot of detail about each of the stakeholders at Aerial Extreme.
• Each stakeholder’s interests must be discussed, relating at all times to their relationship with Aerial Extreme.
• How the interests of each stakeholder relate to those of other stakeholders must be very detailed.
