To compete with existing businesses it is important that you understand who the competition are and how they retain existing customers and get new ones. You are going to look at the competitors for Aerial Extreme in Knowsley and then create a presentation that explains to your directors how Aerial Extreme competes effectively.

• Your competitor Audit must include at least 5 competitors and be completed with a lot of detail.
• Add speaker notes to your presentation; make sure they show how you would explain the main ways Aerial Extreme compete with their rivals.
• Print as notes pages; make sure each one is fully annotated to explain how Aerial Extreme competes.

     DISTINCTION

• Your competitor Audit must include at least 6 competitors and be very detailed.
• Your presentation must make it clear who the main competition is for Aerial Extreme. It should make clear what they do to make themselves competitive. It must also show areas they could improve and explain why.
