You are part of a company called Aerial Extreme who is thinking about opening another outdoor activity centre in the North West. The theme of the centres is adventure ropes course, and you would like to design it so it attracts a large target audience. Before any money is invested, the directors would like you to investigate a similar site to make sure they spend their money wisely!

You are responsible for looking at the aims of different businesses and different types of ownership; to make sure your company is set up in the best way. You will have to report your findings to the other members of the board.

You are then going to investigate an existing site that is similar to the new one you want to open. By looking at the organisational structure, stakeholders, trends in growth and decline, competitors and location of an existing centre you will be able to plan and invest wisely!
